The fare systems chief engineer will be responsible for managing, monitoring and co-ordination of all aspects of automatic fare collection (AFC) and revenue operations carried out by the OandM contractor in execution of revenue protection and procedures.

Exciting new opportunities have arisen on the brand new prestigious Dubai Metro. Our client requires an experienced Rail Maintenance Performance Chief Engineer to assist with heading up their Maintenance department.

The Dubai Metro Scheme is Dubai's first Metro, which will open in September 2009. The Government Authority is now recruiting the first members of the Teams to help operate and maintain the metro.

All applicants must have extensive experience within the rail industry, with a proven knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures.

You will be degree educated, with good communication and report writing skills. You should also be able to conduct presentations and public speaking. It is essential that you are fluent in written and spoken English.
