JOB TITLE: TRANSACTION ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description :

- All transaction related services, including financial due diligence, vendor due diligence, pre-deal evaluation and independent business reviews.

- Review and evaluate financial statements and transaction flow, financial risk, financial reporting and accounting transactions processes, including internal controls.

- Recommending process improvements

Requirements

- Have a Big4 background

- Be CA/ACA/CPA (or equivalent) qualified

- Have TS experience

- Have fluent English. Arabic language skills, although a definite advantage, are not required

The firm is in the middle-east and requires Transaction Services professionals at Assistant Manager level to share in its success and help in its growth and expansion in the region. Although most of the team are based in Dubai they currently require people for their offices in countries such as Qatar and Kuwait.
