Recruitment of sales professionals, manager and Directors

This role has a multitude of options for development with such an outstanding company leading to possible promotion to National Sales Director, Regional Sales Director or Managing Director should the person have the right drive and ability.

Requirements: You are required to have 5+ years successful B2B sales management and a real ability to adapt to a fast moving environment.

You will be required to manage a number of sales teams across multiple sectors and will be expected to manage strategic collaborations with other Directors and Production General Managers.

This role will have a large level of highest-level involvement and will require reporting and direct interaction with the Managing Director.
