THE CLIENT:

Our client is a large international professional construction company. They have been established for more than 25 years and have been working in the UAE and Abu Dhabi in particular for almost a decade.

THE ROLE AND THE PERSON:

KOMAK have been asked to source a PRE CONTRACT contract manager to work for our client in Abu Dhabi. The role is prestigious and will be to work on numerous pre-contract works.

This is a staff role so is not for any single project but is to be part of a team working on numerous roles. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions. You will take the pre-contract from tender through to contract signature so this is an excellent opportunity.

There are very good opportunities for career advancement and you will be assisted in any way necessary to further your career and capabilities to associate level and beyond.

You will currently have a degree and at least 10 years experience. You will have worked with reputable companies and will be apre-contract contract manager or senior contract manager.

THE REWARD:

Our client provides extensive packages for the best candidates. You can expect a basic TAX FREE salary of between £55,000 and £65,000. In addition to this you will be given a generous allowance for accommodation, vehicle, phone, flights, BUPA and more. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.
