Job Description :

My Client is based in Dubai and is looking for a Technical Authority and base management candidate. They will be responsible for assuring the company reservoir and well performance is being managed. The candidate will establish processes for well and reservoir performance assessment and reporting.

The Candidate must require experience in:

Managing company's project for waterflood improvement project implementation

Establish, implement and actively participate in the process to assess and report company reservoir and well performance, identification of performance deviations, production improvement options and additional surveillance needs

Identify production and injection well candidates for remedial wellwork (workovers, stimulation recompilations) that add value through improved production and reservoir performance

Characterize the results of remedial work, sidetracks and development drilling

Characterise and manage down reservoir and well production losses.

Maintain a hopper of opportunities to improve delivery production.

Establish and implement reservoir surveillance strategy.

Establish a multidisciplinary approach to well work and new well delivery to ensure best practices are being shared and lessons are being captured across the various departments.

Utilization of petrotechnical applications and related software tools for managing waterflood and base well performance.

Compile remedial wellwork and surveillance budget/ business plan and track performance against plan Compile and report relevant KPI's
