This is a staff role so is not for any single project but is to be part of a team working on numerous roles. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts and terms and conditions.

You will need at least five years experience as a QS and you will need to be prepared to take an active hands on roll to your job.

They also require Senior Quantity Surveyors for office based positions, for major projects pre and post contract duties. MEP, Civil, infrastructure, Roads and Bridges or Buildings based Senior Quantity Surveyors are required for this massive project.

Our client is an established international construction company and has won many tenders to the value of USD 10b for 2009. They currently have an urgent requirement for an experienced Expatriate Qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor in their UAE and Oman offices.

Ideally you will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar and be a charted member of AIQS. You will preferably have PQS experience, cost planning and document production, experience in leading cost management teams and the operation of senior management level.
