Our client are looking for a dedicated and committed individual with the drive and passion to ensure that all their projects are delivered to the highest standard. Of graduate level, you will be able to demonstrate technical knowledge of the construction and development environment. This will include QA/ QC/ Planning experience in the construction field, being familiar with ISO 9000, 10-15 years in the construction technology and planning sector. A sound business approach and strong commercial acumen are essential for this role. Highly preferred Manadarin speaking.

Prestigious International Construction Company is currently looking for a higlhly qualified QA Manager. This is a unique role requiring technical expertise and the ability to write and present effectively to ensure all Development staff understand the regulatory environment in which they work, and best practice in construction. To this end you will develop policy and procedures for the department and arrange training for staff. You will also have a roving brief to visit projects on site, review drawings and specifications and provide technical advice to Project Managers. Overseeing the quality control of the construction and the development of the project assigned.

They have a strong track record for their projects and you will be required to ensure that they operate a programme of continuous improvement to innovate in design and construction where it is commercially appropriate. To stay ahead you will need to keep abreast of technical developments in construction and to set up and maintain systems to measure performance.

Requirements

Degree

QA/ QC/ Planning experience in Construction Field

ISO 9000 system

10-15 years experience

Preferred to be Fluent in Mandarin
