Job Description : - Assement of all current projects and supporting tender documents

- Review all current contractor arrangements

- Review and implement value engineering techniques

- Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering /Architecture

- Conversant with all commonly use planning software, ideally Primavera

-Strong profile towards closing out your projects

- Predominantly Developer experience in G+50 towers

- Minimum 3 years VP Level experience with a Middle East Developer

-Lead the delivery of a luxury real estate developer -Ability to define and delivery the vision

-Predominantly Developer experience in G+50 towers
