JOB TITLE: Pipeline Integrity Engineer

Job Description :

Pipeline Integrity Engineers required for an Oil & Gas project based near Dubai for 6 to 12 months. An excellent opportunity for engineers with a firm background in the Oil & Gas industry. The purpose of these roles is to plan and implement all pipeline integrity activities, including, but not limited to Integrity Pigging Surveys, liaise with contractors & site to carryout Intelligent Pigging Surveys, report on progress, ensure all required data is acquired and properly saved for future use / reference and issue Integrity Status Summary Report and ensuring that the company "Pipeline Integrity Strategy" is current.

Minimum Requirements:

BSc mechanical Engineering or equivalent - alternatively BSc in Engineering and Master in Pipeline Engineering

Extensive experience in Oil and Gas - a sufficient amount of which has been spent as a Pipeline Integrity Engineer

Offshore experience is highly appreciated

Well-versed in carrying out inspection campaigns / pipeline projects

Preferably member of certified / professional inspection / pipelines bodies

Other requirements

Team work skills

Capability to strategize

Analytical / decision making skills

Knowledge of Asset Integrity Management

Knowledge of International codes & standards applicable to inspection & pipelines

Capability in preparing "scope of work" of inspection campaigns or pipeline Projects (as applicable per item 4 above)

Contract Management skills

International Oil Companies experience is preferable
