Commissioning Engineer /Senior to work on a currently live Health Care Project in the region

Job Description : Reporting to the MEP Director in Dubai and leading an established team of, key responsibilities will include:

* Lead multi discipline projects

* Prepare and check work and specifications of subordinates

* Develop Client relationships

* Prepare financial and mechanical proposals

* Undertake project /mechanical reviews

* Review job financial performance and make adjustments accordingly

This is a strategic opportunity to work in a long established environment and along with the Director take responsibility for MEP across the entire Middle East region. You will have sole responsibility for the MEP team and should exhibit strengths and a genuine in both team and business management. You will be responsible for resource management, building customer relations, and maximising opportunities for business development. .

ABOUT THE PERSON . Essentially you will be a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience in the Building Services Design Engineering Consultancy industry. You will possess excellent communication, leadership and client facing skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of capability across all relevant competencies. Ideally you will have worked on multi million pound high rise projects and worked in a multi cultural environment preferably in the UAE. Exceptional team and business management skills are key.
