Our client is today one of the largest law firm in the Middle East with offices in the Emirates of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

As their business continues to flourish they currently have an exciting job vacancy for an International Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Lawyer.

The ideal candidate will be a 2-5 yrs PQE lawyer with experience in International law and alternative dispute resolution. Arabic language skill are essential as is previous experience of working within the UAE.

Arbitration is really starting to become a popular system of dispute resolution in the UAE. Particularly as a result of the extraordinary construction boom in the emirate the technical services of qualified arbitrators are being increasingly sought. The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry building in Deira has been operating for several years now and recently the Dubai International Financial Centre Arbitration centre opened its doors for the first time in the Gate building in the DIFC.

Our client have an international team of high calibre lawyers ably serving clients from the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, the United Arab Emirates and several other Arab countries.

Candidates must have be qualified lawyers from a common law jurisdiction ie United Kingdom, North America, Australia and New Zealand.

JOB LOCATION : Dubai
