JOB TITLE: LEGAL ADVISOR

Job Description :

Drafting contracts in Arabic and English

Giving legal opinion and recommendations on various matters relating to the Advertising and Media business

Liaising and maintaining good relationships with various legal bodies (such as law firms)

Drafting legal notices, letters of intent, letters of engagement and memorandums of understanding

Drafting and negotiating Franchise and Licensing agreements

Assisting in the set-up of off-shore companies

Advising on Intellectual Property Rights laws and regulations

Requirements:

University degree in Law (preferably at post-graduate/MBA level)

Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in-house or at a private practice (preferably in the GCC).

Experience with Intellectual Property Rights

Experience in Commercial and Corporate Law

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic

Effective problem-solving and mediation skills

A background in media sales and/or FMCG businesses is a plus

Ability to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating various aspects of business

Accuracy is required

Good organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information

Good working knowledge on all essential MS applications

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting

Ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations

Good interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels

JOB LOCATION : Dubai

SALARY/BENEFITS : £68000 - £75000 per month
