Job Description :

Our client is a leading player within the financial services market which has grown it's operations into the Middle Eastern region in the last few years. Even in this market, they continue to produce excellent results and are keen to further grow their market share.

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, they are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team and take full responsibility of a client base totalling c400 employees.

As such, you will take the lead on all HR initiatives spanning performance, talent management, OD, employee relations, engagement and reward.

As the lead HR Business partner in this region, you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in generalist success gained from a blue chip background - first class relationship management and influencing skills are also essential.

JOB LOCATION : Dubai

TYPE OF JOB : Permanent

SALARY/BENEFITS : £80000 - £90000 per annum
