Job Description :

Basic Function: To manage operational and commercial performance in the Region, agreeing and achieving the sales /gross margin budgets and reporting back to the Rotary International Board via the Contracts Director and to Sharqawi LLC via the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To manage all Hastie Sharqawi personnel in the Region including agreement and achievement of Company and individual objectives and targets.

2. To ensure the Region creates, agrees and delivers on sales, margin, overhead and capital expenditure budgets.

3. To have overall responsibility for the Company Quality Management System ensuring it is clearly defined, fit for purpose to manage all aspects of the business, monitored and updated as appropriate.

4. To have overall responsibility for the Company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures ensuring it is clearly defined, monitored and updated as appropriate.

5. To carry out management reviews of Company Policies evaluating the effectiveness of the systems initiating improvements as appropriate.

6. To ensure continuing adherence to KSA legislative requirements with regard to all Company resources and business activities.

7. To carry out a monthly contract performance review with the senior Hastie Sharqawi Management Team.

8. To create a monthly management report as per the agreed format to enable timely efficient progress reporting back to the Shareholders.

9. The above list of duties is not exhaustive and may from time to time include any other reasonable requests from the Shareholders.
