Job Description :

You will be totally in charge of the commercial team which includes commercial managers, quantity surveyors, estimators, buyers etc. and you will be responsible for all of the commercial function for a number of large developments including budgets, forecasting, contracts, claims, procurement and all cost reporting. You will report at Board level so excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements You will need to be Degree qualified from a reputable university and possibly be chartered.

You must have previously experience of working in the U.A.E. or the Middle East with a major contractor at Commercial Manager or Commercial Director level.

Preference will go to candidates who are from the Middle East and who speak Arabic and English and who have extensive experience of working on large construction projects.

My client is one of the most successful devolopers in Dubai and in the Middle East building residential, leisure and commercial properties.

They now seek a Commercial Director to join them in Dubai.
