JOB TITLE: COUNTRY MANAGER – PROJECT DIRECTOR

Job Description :

A senior level professional is required for this multi national construction consultancy. They only take on the largest projects..... and require a candidate to oversea their entire projects divison. So vast is their current project portfolio, they are seeking someone with Country manager or Regional Manager status a senior professional with over 20 years experience. This is not for the feint hearted, you will also be responsible for business development.

You MUST have experience in the UAE, or significant construction experience overseas in a similar position with a consultancy.

You MUST have worked within international construction consultancies, with 20+ years of experience.

You MUST have worked on the largest projects and managed at the highest level, you will not be a project manager anymore, but have the ability to oversea the operational side of the business , you WILL have experience of Business Development

You must have significant build experience (not Civils)

WE are NOT seeking candidates from a Developer/Client or Contractor side

WE are NOT seeking a Head of Projects

You WILL be degree qualified or Higher.

JOB LOCATION : Dubai
