Job Description :

Drafts, negotiates and finalizes contract and subcontract documents with contracting officers and other contracting representatives to ensure consistency with the solicitation and proposal.

Advises project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.

Provides direction for interpretation and application of conditions, remedies, indemnities, liabilities, and contract terms.

Serves as the subject matter expert on International contracts and subcontract agreements.

Provides advice on complex requirements of the Requests for Proposals, contracts, and subcontracts, and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met while identifying areas of risk.

Provides contractual guidance to business team members for appropriate Statement of Work. Manages contract change control process.

Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, and modifications. Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, and processes for the engagement.

Our client is an international service company offering support to the British Military and NATO forces worldwide, they offer catering and food supply in some of world’s most remote places. Part of their technical ability is the construction and subsequent maintenance of kitchens, shops and accommodation within a camp environment.

This role will be part of their Military Supply Division and will involve the management of both pre-award and post award international contracting and subcontracting activities with the companies clients - NATO, UN, and International Forces, within their core business of food supply.

Requirements

Candidates will be required to make operational trips to remote camps in potentially hostile environments in Africa and Central Asia. This role is based in Dubai.

Candidates will be degree qualified and be either a Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).

It is essential that candidates will have experience dealing with international agencies such as NATO and the UN or have expereince with Military forces on deployed operations in places such as Afghanistan and Iraq.
