Job Description :

My client, one of the most successful residential, leisure and commercial firms in Dubai and across the Middle East generally are now seeking a General Manager from a Construction background to work in Dubai.

You will be Degree Qualified from a reputable university and possible be chartered. You must have previous experience working in the UAE or the Middle East with a major contractors at General Manager level.

You must have gained previous design experience with a strong technical project background. Preference will go to candidates who are from the Middle East and who speak fluent Arabic and English and have extensive experience working on large projects.

You will be in charge of leading large teams on high value projects and previous experience of managing a team and being responsible for budgets is essential
