JOB TITLE: Asbestos Project Manager

Job Description : We require an experienced Asbestos Project Manager to cover a prestigious contract in the the Middle East. They are an experienced Senior Consultant to cover a wide portfolio of contracts, to join one of the UK's growing UKAS accredited asbestos risk management companies. The company is also expanding into other environmental disciplines. This role is a senior position so successful candidates will be required to develop the team, liaise with clients and help support the the operation in their Middle East office and sourcing new contracts.

The principal role will be to manage high value asbestos surveys and to project manage asbestos removal. In addition you must have experience of dealing with a varied portfolio of clients and building types, have the ability to work closely with asbestos removal contractors and the HSE, write tender specifications and conduct tender escorts and tender appraisals.

This role is a senior position so successful candidates will be required to train junior staff and make sure all work is carried out to strict company guidelines.

Ideally candidates will have worked within the asbestos industry for a minimum of five years and will possess P402, S301 and Oral qualifications.

Positions from Trainee Asbestos Surveyor to Lead Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Laboratory Technician, Asbestos Quality and Technical Manager positions are available through to Director level.

The company carries out asbestos surveys, air monitoring and bulk sample testing, the role will cover all aspects. Ideally you would be s301 CCP holder, with the full range of p-certs from p401-p404.
