WORK EXPERIENCE:

March 2007-Jan 2009 Cardiac Rehabilitation/Exercise Referral Instructor Southwark Primary Care Trust based at Fusion Leisure-London Duties included:

Rehabilitating patients at Kings College and Dulwich Hospitals in London and in the community.

Conducting consultations, inductions, programming, reviews, administration, assessing other instructors for standards and best practice, promoting and marketing the programme.

Jan 2005-Mar2007:Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor Lambeth Primary Care Trust based at South London YMCA Healthy Living Centre. Duties included:Conducting consultations, programming,inductions, reviews and general administration.

Jan 2005-Mar 2007 Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor Lambeth Primary Care Trust based at Heart Active Duties included: Rehabilitating patients at Kings College Hospital London. Supervision of Phase IV classes in the community, conducting, assessments, inductions, programming and reviews.

Mar 2005-Mar 2007 Exercise Referral/ Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor Southwark Primary Care Trust based at Fusion Leisure-London Duties included: Rehabilitating patients within at Kings College and Dulwich Hospitals. Ensuring the building was fully equipped, well maintained and in-line with health and safety guidelines. Providing support to staff, customers and members.

July 1997-June2001 Fitness Consultant/ Personal Trainer – Hornsey YMCA-London Duties included: Conducting fitness assessments, inductions, writing programs to develop aerobic capacity, muscular strength and endurance, weight loss and weight gain, core stability and flexibility. Conducting reviews, promoting the centre and general administration. I also built up a srong client base Personal Training.

May 1994- June1997 Sport Tutor – Kingsway College - Duties included: Lecturing on Health and Fitness Diploma,training and assessing on the NVQ Sport and Recreation programmes Level One and Level Two.
